Canadian rapper Drake is selling his palatial estate in the mountains above Beverly Hills for $88 million. The resort-style mansion was bought by the rapper for $75 million from English pop star Robbie Williams in 2020. The house, built over several years beginning in the late 1990s, was designed by KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano. It was originally equipped with Old World-esque, Mediterranean-themed interiors, but those were renovated and replaced with newly contemporary spaces by Robbie Williams.

The house is accessed via gates and a long driveway, located high in the hills above Benedict Canyon. It features dozens of mature olive trees and ancient oaks that frame stunning canyon, city, and ocean views. The estate includes an 11-car garage and a vast motor court with parking for dozens more. The sprawling grounds and views steal the real estate show, and the estate features one of the biggest lawn areas in the 90210, plus a full-size tennis court, an outdoor kitchen, and a “hidden” orchard.

The nearly 25,000-square-foot mansion includes a double-height foyer with a grand staircase, a living room with two hulking fireplaces, wine cellar, gym, an elevator, a kitchen with dual islands, and an upstairs master retreat with a private view balcony and a salon-style bathroom bigger than some houses. Everything, including the acres of marble finishes and custom woodwork, is decidedly bespoke and likely cost a fortune to install. The compound spans nearly 20 acres, although a majority of that land is rugged hillside.

It is not clear where Drake is moving, but he still spends a significant amount of time in his Toronto hometown, where he owns a 50,000-square-foot monster mansion in the affluent Bridle Path neighborhood.

Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates hold the listing with Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corp.
